  • This is beautiful. Great job! Any tips for those of us who may want to replicate?

  • Yes! I used plans from Ana-White for the outdoor couch. The plans and how to video are actually on Ryobi's website. You can also find them at I built the outdoor couch and the one arm sectional piece. I originally planned to only make those two pieces but ended up making an extra seat to maximize the space after I realized it was cutting off my patio too much. You can see the extra piece between the two couches. I would recommend sanding and staining before you build. It was kind a pain to sand and stain every nook and cranny after it was built.

    • This is very nice! Where do I get the video and/or the instructions? Thanks so much Kyleepete and RYOBI NATION.

  • I like this setup. Is this made from 3/4 in. Plywood? Is the spacing of the holes by design for a useful purpose? Details please and thanks for sharing.
    By Bigwil5712, on June 17, 2018
    • It is actually 2 sheets of 3/4" plywood glued together to get the 1 1/2" width. The holes are not spaced for anything special. The large holes allow you to hang "stuff" on rafter hangers so it is handy but out of the way as well as running power cords etc. The small holes are meant for 3/4" pegs for mounting additions like a miter saw table. I wish this design was mine but it isn't. Do a search on Trihorse and you will find lots of pictures and youtube videos. I love this design and although it took a long time to build it was worth it.

    • I added the MFT (multi-function table) to the pictures. It took some time to drill all the holes but I am already using it. I can add bench dogs to hold things down as well as use clamps it needed.

  • Adding those holes was a nice touch! You are going to enjoy having this piece.

  • Such a thoughtful idea. How did they like it?
By RYOBI NATION, on June 19, 2018
    • They loved it! Dad also really liked the brand new Ryobi P1811 compact drill/driver kit! He's been needing a new drill for a while.
By AslansKnight, on June 19, 2018
    • So glad to hear that! Also that's great that he was able to get his hands on that kit! Sounds like a good Fathers Day to us!
