Step 1. Cut Your Base
Begin by cutting a large circle out of cardboard. This will serve as the foundation for your wall art, so choose a size that fits the space where you plan to hang it.
Step 2. Attach the Hand

Use your RYOBI Glue Gun to secure the plastic Halloween hand to the center of the cardboard. Hold it in place until the glue sets to ensure a strong bond.
Step 3. Reinforce from the Back

Flip the piece over and use your RYOBI 4-in-1 Stapler to fasten the hand from behind. Safety Tip: Always keep your hands clear and make sure the stapler is properly aligned beforehand.
Step 4. Build the Base Layer

Apply a layer of clay around the base of the hand to create a smooth, elevated surface. Shape the clay evenly and let it set before painting for a more polished finish.
Step 5. Add the Veins

Roll thin pieces of clay into vein-like strands and press them onto the base. This step adds eerie dimension and texture to your piece.
Step 6. Refine the Details

Attach a grinding accessory to your RYOBI Rotary Tool and gently smooth or shape any rough edges. Need help? Watch our "How to Load a Bit" guide.
Step 7. Paint and Finish

Once the clay is fully dry, paint your piece using your preferred Halloween colors. Layer darker shades for added depth, and allow everything to dry completely before handling.
Step 8. Frame

Complete your wall art by fastening a decorative frame around the edges. This final touch brings the project to life, turning your handmade creation into a chilling Halloween centerpiece ready for display.
