Terrible product. Worst thing i’ve ever done.
Do not buy this product. It took me about 20 minutes to open the terrible packaging. When i finally got it out the set up was terrible. The app is bad. They make you sign up for emails to get the product to work. The basic feature doesn’t work at first so you have to use the other feature and go back to the basic feature for it to work. The thermometer doesn’t confirm when it’s reading temperature and i’m not even sure if it’s accurate. I spent almost an hour trying to set this awful thing up and it was NOT worth it.

Good for one-time use
I bought this thermometer over 3 years ago. It worked great the first time I used it. I have not used it since then, so I stored it with the battery removed. I need it now, and it doesn't work. In my opinion, customer support is lousy. Granted, it was not expensive; but I really expected it to work more than once.

Not Good
After purchasing the temp phone works , I had a nightmare trying to load program on my computer and I have finally received your confirmation of registration ....that delay is not good.
Secondly I still can not get the machine to work on my android phone...and it is sitting on my desk collecting dust.

What manual?
Hey, it was cheap and it works, sometimes with miner app glitches. How long do you have to hold this thing on the subject? I wish the so called manual had a few simple instructions, beside it being nothing but a page full of warnings. You get what you pay for. LOL

That is easy to use as a self-contained unit
Works well, a little hard to use on larger phone. If you’re needing to take a picture of your temperature readings then it’s worth the extra effort getting it attached to your phone.

Terrible
