Rated 4 out of 5 by gojoaquin from My multi-surface level I am very pleased with the design, simplicity, price and ease of use. However, the exploded diagram item "F" refers to push pins. My original purchase had some box damage and I thought the push pins had fallen out. I contacted your 1-800 number and was told to return the item to where it was purchased and get another "complete" unit. I did get a brand new unopened replacement unit and discovered that the push pins are not part of the package. I would have appreciated a note on the outside of the box or on the exploded diagram (not included). In this instance, I do not use push pins in my home and made another trip for that item.

Rated 4 out of 5 by MoDeMFoX from Works great for me. I love this laser level, it works great for me, but I to don't like how easy the push pins are to loose. I haven't lost one yet but mine seem to want to bend a little when trying to push them in a wall, I did find that cork board push pins will work as well, but so far all is good for me. I feel the protractor read out should be in black text because it's hard to see clear on clear, I had no other issues that I have read about others having.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Christy from There's no option for 0 stars. That's why it got 1 I bought this item a month ago. Well the pins that are used to secure it to the wall pop right out and are lost. Ryobi doesn't supply replacement ones so if you need those you're stuck buying the product again. The suction cups stick to absolutely NOTHING!!!! Do not buy this if you want to keep your sanity. The design is horrendous!!!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by djbis from Great features, and design, but one problem Love all the features that were designed into the compact tool. However one thing could be improved (already mentioned in other reviews), those push pins for me were ESSENTIAL, but they get lost so easily!!! Would have been great to incorporate some kind of simple locking design to the push pin head, so that it would stay put in the holder. Without the pins I don't have much use for it as I often work with wooden surfaces, drywall, etc. I can't find a way to buy them as separate parts from Ryobi either! If anybody knows please email me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by jlv87 from Came through in a pinch! I'll be honest, I bought this more as an impulse buy while at Home Depot looking for something else.. But, it came in handy when I was installing two support for a pull-up bar on my garage wall. It made leveling the supports with each other pretty simple. I used the pins to stick it onto the wall. It was in my garage so I didn't mind the tiny holes, and I have some painting to do in there any way. But I don't know if I would have used it the same way if I were to use it inside the house. I'm excited to use it for other projects.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Roscoe in Richmond from Only So-So Wish I could give a higher rating but this laser level is a bit disappointing in that it does not stick to walls very well without using the puncturing pins. My other Ryobi One tools have been great however. I am thinking of trying removable adhesive strips (like Command) to see if that helps.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BOBBYG from Easy to use I bought this 2 months ago. I’ve used it many times for a variety of projects. Hanging pictures and leveling the framework for a drop ceiling. My main reason for buying this was to help me level my floor. I knew exactly the heights of the supports.
