Rated 1 out of 5 by eja4569 from Poor warranty communication I bought this December 2018. It worked great for air up bicycle tires & blowing out tools around my shop. The first day I used the nailer to put up shelves in a closet everything was fine. The next day I tried to use the nailer to install ship lap in my laundry room. It would not power on. No electric connection. I followed protocol and dropped it off at an authorized Home Depot for warranty work. Even though it fell well within the 3 yr warranty they kept it for over 6 months. I received no communication on the progress of my repair or replacement unless I called Home Depot to complain. One month I was told it was in the process of being repaired. The next month I was told the wrong part had been ordered. The next month I was informed it could not be repaired, but I would be receiving a replacement. Then they told me the warranty claim had been denied and my compressor had been scraped, so sorry there is nothing more we can do. This is not the way a company should do business. I will never buy from Ryobi or Home Depot ever again.
