The constant refilling, waiting, and lack of mobiliy got annoying. I had a ton of Ryobi already so I bought the 1/2" Impact and thought to myself, why not. I the last month I have had it, I have put a 3" lift on my truck, changed out my other cars tierods, bearings, cv axels, struts, and shocks. All with on charge on a 3.0ah battery. I beat the heck out of this thing and it didn't stop. Plenty of power to remove wheels, ajustable sppeds make it easy to make sure you do not over torque. Overall amazing tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Mikey from Excellent for the price I bought this in order to help with a suspension upgrade project on my 01 Jeep Cherokee at home and I'm glad i did. Anyone who's worked on suspension parts in a state that salts their roads during the winter knows how much of a pain fasteners can be. It's not called "rust weld" for nothing. Anyway, i used this to speed up the process and made removal and installation a dream. It's not the most powerful one out there but it's not meant to be, especially at the price. I recommend it to anyone on a budget. Just remember to register for the warranty.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jack of Trades from Great power bargain I bought this on Black Friday in the combo back with 4 Amp Hr Battery. Works great with included battery. Have had occasional issues with the 3 amp hr batteries working with it well. It acts like it has a short in the trigger with those smaller batteries attached. I keep the 4 amp battery charged and gets me through most of my projects and works great. I'm still happy with it. Takes my lug nuts off on my 1 ton Dodge. They are usually torqued to 140-145 ft lbs. Like the ability to use a lower speed for more delicate nuts. Great to have around for car repair and driving larger lag screws in lumber.

Rated 5 out of 5 by flbchdawg from Ryobi products are built Ryobi tough I have been buying Ryobi tools since the mid 90's and all are still going strong. I've made kitchen cabinet doors and done a lot of remodeling and they've never let me down. Now with all of the battery operated tools they make, the possibilities are going to be endless...

Rated 5 out of 5 by grumpy_ken from great performance to price ratio I received this kit as a gift and put it ot use the next day replacing a lower control arm on my Camry. Buzzed off the lug nuts as well as all the suspension bits with no trouble at all. Anywhere it could fit it was a huge time saver, and it is fairly compact for a brushed tool. The 4ah battery has decent life and is about the minimum size I would use with this tool. I love it and will be purchasing additional Ryobi cordless tools.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Hazard S X S from Had to have a second one !!!!! Based on my previous experience with the one I have had for several years, I had to purchase one to keep in my vehicle in case of a flat tire. This tool is more powerful than my air impact. And I have had great success removing the most stubborn nuts and bolts from just about every job I have tackled. However this second one I have purchased had an issue from the start. It was like it would lose contact from the battery and quit working. After removing the battery and re-inserting it back in to the tool with a forceful tap, it seemed to work OK. This never happened with the first one I purchased. So far it seems to be OK, but I WILL UPDATE IF FURTHER PROBLEMS ARISE. It is great that it comes with a 3 year warranty though, so I have some time to see if the problem persists. I also pack this in my ATV when ever trail riding just in case of a flat.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Andy724 from better than expected. i used this for applying rapid set non sag adhesive, which was too thick to squeeze out of the caulk tube by hand. with the electric caulk gun the application was much easier. the only set back is that when you release the trigger, the pressure inside the caulk tube pushes the push rod back a little, so that next time you pull the trigger you have to wait a little longer for the substance to start coming out of the tube again. but for the most part i'm very happy with it and couldn't have got this job done without it.
