Rated 5 out of 5 by RichC from Ryobi sucks....it up bought this vaccum with a HomeDepot gift card, needed something portable when cleaning up the cars. Reminds me of the old "Dust Buster" car vacs that had awful suction. I was blown away with how much suction this little guy has. Definitely worth every penny, but don't expect wet vac type suction, that's a whole different purpose and size. A couple things, it does occasionally stop when running for a long time. I am assuming this is an overheating situation. The other is that I make sure and have another fully charged battery available, it does suck 'em dry pretty quickly.

Rated 2 out of 5 by tony69420 from Expensive for what you get Needed a small vacuum as my old one died and I had Ryobi One products already so why not get a hand vacuum that's compatible? Well, let me give you some reasons. One, there are no accessories, either included or available. No crevice tool, no brush attachment. Two, it's fragile. My wife was using it to vacuum the car, set it on the ground behind her standing up and then accidentally knocked it over. It broke the dust cup at the latch requiring her to buy a replacement. It does vacuum and the compatibility with the other One products is nice. The button is a little twitchy but that's no big deal. For the money it costs, I'd expect it to be more reliable and include at least a crevice tool.

Rated 5 out of 5 by AngArt from Bought a second one! 4 Indoor Cats. Kitty litter tracked around box every day, making me nuts. I used to have to pull out "Big Red" the upright vacuum, find nearby outlet without tripping over the cord and hope the cats didn't pee with fright when I turned it on. With this Ryobi it has never been easier to keep that area clean!!! I love it so much I bought a second one for my art studio. Just snatch it off the wall, suck up the litter, empty and bam, all done in a fraction of the time it took to vacuum that area! Much safer & easier to use in the art studio too, from the workbench surface to the base of the easel - easy peasy!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Dave from So much better than my old Dustbuster! After my old Dustbuster would not hold a charge and run more than about a minute, I looked around for a replacement and was excited to find that Ryobi made one, about the same form factor, and that it would use my 18 volt batteries! Not only does it run a LOT longer on just one battery, if I need to use it more, all I have to do is change the battery and go! No longer have to wait while the old unit charges up. I've been really impressed with Ryobi's 18 volt family of products, and most of the power tools in my workshop are Ryobi!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by carla from brush and power botton We have few ryobi products and we are very happy, but I am not amaze with this vacuum. I use it for my car and the stairs in our house. Doesn't have a brush in the tip(like the one before) and the power botton is so sensitive, it annoys me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Bill G from Works ok I use this to vacuum out the cars. It works pretty well. My main complaint is that the ON/OFF button is a push button that gets accidentally hit several times when I am vacuuming and turns the vacuum off. The switch should have been a sliding switch with a positive click in feature. Other than that it is sufficient

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from Super handy and powerful ! This handheld vacuum closes a serious gap for me in so many ways. Not only does it charge itself on the well engineered wall mount, but is right at my fingertips ready to go when I need to suck up an annoying fly, clean my work bench, vacuum up the lottery scratcher debris on my car interior before my Wife sees it... the benefits are endless. I'd recommend this to anyone that hates breaking out the big house vacuum to do these critical small jobs.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Ron317 from Good handvac for the shop! I bought this so I didn't have to get out the corded shop vac when I needed to clean up the workbench. It's nice because the charging cradle can be wall mounted. So I just leave it hanging next to the bench and it's within arm's reach when needed. The only drawback is it doesn't currently have any accesories that either come with it or can be purchased separately. Overall, a good little cordless handvac for small cleanups around the shop/garage.
