Rated 5 out of 5 by WOMPStation from Glue anything, anywhere! I'd previously been using a dinky, too small for your hand, cheap-o glue gun with a three foot cord. It was always a pain to use and very messy as the glue just kept coming out until it cooled off. The Ryobi Hot Glue Gun free'd me from the cord and I am now finding new applications for hot gluing things. It just takes a few minutes to warm up, has a nice, large, trigger for even squeezing, and might only let out a drop or two of glue when sitting at idle. My son and I glued sisal rope around a post for our cat, which took a while, and we didn't even need to change batteries. Get a big box of glue sticks, you'll find you're using it all over the place to tack things up.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Aaron M from It's simple, just works! I've used my Ryobi 18V Hot Glue Gun a few times since I bought it a month ago. It get good and hot in about 5 minutes and can eek out plenty of glue in a hurry if you need it to. There's a simple on/off switch that's very convenient. I probably used about 10 glue sticks each time (over the course of 45 minutes) and it didn't even make a dent in my 18V 4 amp hour batteries. When I went to put it away, the batteries still had a full bar's charge. The gun stands up straight on it's battery which is convenient, and from my limited experience with the gun, there is little to no drippage when hot and not in use. For 30 bucks, you can't go wrong here. Get yours today.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Hubbz from Ryobi Mania! Been using old skool Ryobi drill (blue version) for 10yrs straight. Recently Home Depot had a sale in which you buy 2 battery with charger combo and get a free tool. Bought the combo online for store pickup and sure did get my hammer drill and with that purchase I also got a glue gun at a discount price. A week later did the same purchase 2 battery with charger combo this time for the free cordless jig saw. Since my purchases, I've been super satisfied. I definitely recommend Ryobi products. Green aesthetics looks nice and stands out. Glue gun heats up in less than 5 minutes and out beats all other glue guns I've ever owned from other companies.

Rated 5 out of 5 by pyroboxer from Great Gun I had used a couple other cordless glue guns and had given up because they did not work the way they should. Was walking through HD and saw the ryobi one. Thought well its a fair price I will try one last time. Glad I did, the glue gun works exactly like it should no compaints. Have used it steadily for the last six months.

Rated 5 out of 5 by BDavid73 from WOW, just WOW!! How have I got along all these years without this. I own a Haunted Attraction and we use hot glue for everything! We use it for props, spider webbing, quick fixes. This thing gets hot and fast! The fact that its battery powered is the biggest plus! I love this thing!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Denise266 from Glue gun drips I just bought the glue gun from Home Depot and I'm very disappointed. I got the gun and 2 batteries and a bag. I charged it up and put the glue stick in that came with it and the glue drips out on to my table. I dont think this is normal so I called Ryobi and some guy said yes they drip. That does not sound correct. And if true I would not buy this product. It's a very expensive GLUE GUN to have your glue dripping out. Their customer service sucked. At least the guy I talked to.

Rated 5 out of 5 by ArbyD from Compact, easy to use, and HOT Over the years we have gummed up, dropped and damaged, and worn out 3 or 4 hot glue guns. In the market for a replacement, I happened to see the Ryobi model on Home Depot Canada's website. I am already a huge fan of Ryobi tools, so it was natural to add the glue gun to our collection. I used it last night for the first time - to glue wine corks together to make a sculpture. Having no cord in the way was the first big bonus. I also really appreciated how quickly the gun heated and how smoothly it fed the glue sticks. When I got careless and dripped a bit of glue on my left pinkie finger, I also realized how much it heats the glue. This is - by far - the best glue gun we have owned in over 40 years of gluing.
