2000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 868.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than Anticipated This was a replacement purchase for another electric pressure washer (Husky 1750). It greatly out performed the old washer. Easy to assemble and simple to operate. I used it to clean the siding on my house as well as the composite deck and it did an excellent job. My only recommended improvement would be to get rid of the wind up hose storage and include a softer more pliable rubber hose. The included hose is adequate but tens to curl up and get kinda twisted on itself. I've opted to NOT use the wind up to try and prevent "storage curls". After all a power washer tends to sit in storage much longer the when in actual use.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy to setup easy to operate First off, I just purchased this washer today. With that being said, i found the item to be very easy to setup and very easy to use. I already own a high end pressure washer that I use for all my heavier projects. I'll mainly use this unit to wash the truck and cars, clean the deck and both back and front porches. My 82 year old mother even tried it out after I got it setup. It's light enough and simple enough for her to use sparingly. I believe if ya take care of it and understand its limitation, it will last a quite awhile. The only rating I didn't give any stars for was on durability. Havent had it long enough to rate that.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Ok while it lasted... I bought this late last year on the recommendation of a friend, and was impressed with how easy it was to set up and use. Got my jobs done much faster than I had expected, and pretty much paid for itself in one go. I stored it for about 6 months, and just pulled it out to redo my driveway, and cannot get it working. All I get is a very intermittent "pulsing" pressure. Very frustrating, especially as my local Home Depot are not interested to help as I am just outside the one year warranty. Oh well, I did say it almost paid for itself in one go......I just didn't expect it to be such a "disposable" product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple set up and very effective I bought this washer for my decks. I couldn't have guessed how long it had been since someone had done a good strip and refinish before we moved in. After about 8 minutes of assembly, I was out on deck #1 getting to work. It's very light and compact so is easy to move around and store. Only thing I wish it came with was a slightly longer hose but those are fairly inexpensive so not a big worry. Different nozzles allow for me to use it to wash my cars, house siding, windows and I've even used them on my grill grates. I have an induction grill so scraping the grates clean is a real pain. This has been one of the best purchases that I have made for my home.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Love it! Lots of power and easy to use. Purchased this to replace one (another brand) that had given up after several years. Very stable and easy to operate. I was excited about the roll up hose feature but it does not work like I hoped. You have to disconnect both ends of the hose to roll it up and take the entire length of hose off and reconnect both ends to use it. With the small diameter of the reel, it really takes some twisting to get all the loops out of the hose. I love that the motor shuts off until you pull the trigger - should last many years. The manual says to use "Pump Saver" after each use but there is none provided in the box so pickup a bottle when you buy this pressure washer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than expected My 3,000 psi pressure washer was stolen a few years ago it could handle any type of cleaning chore. I've since downsized and needed to wash the concrete and vinyl siding on my new home. I choose the 2000 PSI model because it was compact easy to store and was electric...my concern was would 2,000 psi be enough to my surprise it was it cleaned all of the mold off the vinyl siding and trim and also clean the concrete walkways...the nozzles are easy to change and the soap nozzle disperses plenty of soap. At $199 it will pay for itself by the time the house is completely washed. The local rental place wanted $35 for 4 hours all in all I'm satisfied with my purchase

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good product Overall it is a good solid product. I've used it 3 times. The only major thing I've found is very frustrating. The soap dispenser comes off very easily. The plastic peg that fits into the decreasing radius slot should have a "turn" feature to lock the soap dispenser more solidly onto the frame so that it takes more than a small bump to knock it off. The soap dispenser was knocked off repeatedly by simply moving the washer. Otherwise, for the price it is an excellent product For better quality control, you might want to follow-up with all customers one year after purchase to see if they STILL like your products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Really good product, with some "wishes" left over Absolutely great at doing the job. Fast, and detachable tips add a versatility I wasn't used to. There are only two "wishes" I have; 1) The washer hose reel won't be worth a thing unless you detach BOTH ENDS before you roll the hose onto it. It's basically just for storage." 2) The handle is about 6" too short. You have to "yank down" on it to get it to lean back and start rolling, and once it does, if you're over 5' 5" you're going to be bending over, AND leaning to the right to move it. I have a bad back. "Dreaming up" a handle extension right now. Other than that, fantastic performance from an electrical unit.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from So far so good(excellent) I bought this because of the favorable reviews so I thought I should return the favor. I have a small vinyl-sided house ( i guess you would call it a cape) so this pressure washer was quite sufficient. I bought an extension brush (for a little extra elbow grease) to use as well since it's been awhile since my little white house was cleaned. I've used it only once since buying it 2 weeks ago and was quite happy with it's features, it's performance and the amount of power- PSI . I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it has yet to stand the test of time. I will see how I like it after 3 years of use which this product is warranted for. Bottom line is the house is white again!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy To Use This is great little washer. The assembly went very smoothly with easy to read instructions. Spent a day washing my home and it is a wonderful job removing the mold and dirt from the siding. My home looks wonderful! The only down fall would be moving from one location to another it is a bit cumbersome dragging the water hose and electrical cord.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A Great Little Power Washer Before purchasing this model I did some research and liked the reviews about the unit . I bought to power wash the house which is a single story and to wash cars . I have used it twice so far doing the house in sections . Each time I use it I am impressed by the unit and the connections are leak proof which is great . So far it has done great cleaning the house . I am have not tried to clean the gable ends yet not sure how well it will clean towards the higher part . Another person said that if you wanted to clean a two story house you should get an trampoline attachment to use with it . I do see why they feel that way . I do like the hose reel it has to offer it does work .

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Electric Power Washer I have ever owned! In the past I have gone through 4 electric power washer's that have all been under powered and didn't offer the P.S.I. that this unit offer's! It was a snap to put together and it is very sturdy compared to all the other's I have wasted my money on in the past. Then I used it today and WOW this has some Ball's never had such power before with any other electric and of course by buying a RYOBI instead of thing's at Harbor Freight Tool's I learened you get what you pay for and for what I paid to day Was a great price and a great product, I'm so happy now I can do all the thing's on my wife's Honey Do List!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Pressure Washer!!!! It is exactly what I was needing. Had a pressure washer that was 400 PSI less and it was not doing the job. Besides this pressure washer having more power the design is perfect. Assembly was easy. Have a patio around the pool, therefore we use the pressure washer more than occasionally.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Surprising Power The 2000 PSI Electric Pressure Washer was purchased primarily as an interim enhancement for professional annual cleaning. I live in a warm humid environment so mold and mildew outstrip once per year treatment. This product delivered surprising power to dislodge and wash away caked on grunge around the base perimeter of my screen enclosure. It worked so well I ended up cleaning my SPA, patio furniture, solar generator, the vertical and ceiling members of the screen enclosure and the entire lanai and patio. I like the performance but did NOT like its maneuverability. I intended to add locking wheels to the front of the frame to simplify movement. Other than that it would get 5 stars.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely disappointed I just bought the 2000 psi pressure washer (3 days ago) and I am taking it back to Home Depot. Assembling it was easy. Disappointed to find the hose roller with a handle didn't mean that you could just roll and unroll the hose back onto the unit. You have to disconnect both ends of the hose to roll it onto the unit.. ( Ryobi,Try a more flexible hose material and a larger diameter roller ) The roller is to small and the hose kinks up badly. But the real reason I am taking it back, is the amount of pressure it provides. Sitting aside my 2000 psi unit, I used a neighbor's 1800 psi , less expensive unit and it's pressure was notably higher. Also, I wanted to use the turbo for a tough job and it had less pressure than the orange head ??? It's pressure flucuates as well and never gets high enough to activate the back and forth action of the spray. Sorry, and I use a ton of Ryobi's portable tools/

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Engineers should use what they design b4 release! While the pressure washer has performed admirably, the hose connection is at the side, not opposite the wheels. When you drag the PW from one location to another you also have to pick up the hose and drag it so as to not put stress on the hose connection on the PW. Also, the pressure connection is in the back, along with the power connection so when you drag the PW from the handle and use the wheels, the wheels ALWAYS run over the pressure hose and power line as well. All connections should be opposite the wheels and handle! Another product designed by engineers who did not use it before release!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Reliable and enough power to get all my jobs done I have really enjoyed using my pressure for a lot of projects (cleaning my deck and fence as well as concrete patio, foam cannon for my car, and cleaning the siding on my house, etc). I was up in the air about whether to get gas or electric but I am very happy with the electric 2000 PSI pressure washer I chose. It has enough power for my projects and it came with the nozzles I needed. I purchased the variable pressure attachment for added control. I have purchased a lot of Ryobi products recently and have had great luck with them as far as reliability and performance. Keep the products coming Ryobi!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only worked a few times I was only able to use the pressure washer a few times before it stopped working. I hired someone who found the pressure switch was bad. I was able to get it to work a few more times more by rotating the pressure switch, but then that stopped working. I bypassed the pressure switch which allows it to work, but I had to tape the trigger closed so that whenever the pump is turned on, water comes out of the wand. I tried to locate a part number for this pressure switch on line but there does not seem to be any parts available for it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works well for what it is. Ive used it for cleaning pavers....worked well enough....not like gas powered models....but this isnt that. DO NOT buy the round attachment they have there. It may work well for a moss problem on a roof...havent tried it for that.....but for decks, driveways, sidewalks...completely useless. The washer itself, while not being super powerful....has its blessings...vehicle clean up, siding, etc....no chance of being too powerful. Overall...it has its uses, and does well for particular things. Dont have to pull a cord to start either!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wasn't expecting much but pleasantly surprised Was given this as a early Father's Day gift because my wife hates the noise my comercial 4000 psi washer makes. We're talking divorce hates ! This thing is perfect for 90 percent of the jobs needed. It'll take the yearly muck off the house without removing paint, gutters are white again. The included swirl nozzle is perfect. I was able to wash 300 feet of white picket fence that was embarrassing dirty without pealing the paint off. Something that I was putting off because I was having to scrub with bleach. Did find that washing first then spraying Clorox cleaner/bleach on fence then washing again made it look as clean as the day i painted it. I would definitely recommend this washer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from What can I power wash next For my first power washer, I was quite impressed. I bought it to power wash my garage floor, my deck and my pop up camper. Right now I have just power washed my garage floor and was enjoying how much it levitated the oil slicks and dirt off the concrete. Cant wait for weather to improve to get started on my deck. It has been awhile since I actually enjoyed cleaning things again especially without having to scrub with a brush. The soap nozzle was just OK but the Turbo nozzle is where the action is at. Easy to assemble, wheels around nicely, and the hose and cord wraps are very convenient.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good power pressure for an electric PW. I bought this Ryobi electric pressure washer so I could easily transport it when I travel to our cabin in NC we use as a vacation rental property. I was very impressed with the power of the pressure as cleaned the deck and cabin logs. I even had to hold back to avoid damaging the wood. I'm use to using my 3000 psi gas PW at my FL home but found this 2000psi electric surprisingly effective. Just wish the hose was not as flemsey and did not have to be unrolled from the reel when using. But is a great machine and better made than most other electrics PW. Hope I get many useful years out of it.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Works really well Definitely a good buy - not noisy like gas-powered units, but equal dirt-scrubbing power. Moved from a Karcher gas-powered model to this one, and I'm delighted with the results. The volume of water output easily handles all the cleaning I have had to do, and the 'basic' nozzle allows good coverage. Cords and hoses are long enough for what I need, and the capacity to have a short extension cord will fill any additional gaps. The only downside is that the 'hose reel' isn't really all that useful as a storage method. A simple set of hooks like the ones for the power cord would have been better. The hose stays very tightly coiled after unreeling it, making it sometimes awkward to move to full extension.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Service I bought this from the Home Depot May 2016. We use it about once or twice a month. First it worked ok - the power on it lack at times. In July 2017 it worked the one day and dead the next. I took it into a service center and was told that there was water in the oil. The unit is sealed - I tried to find out how that could have happened and was told they don't know. A sealed unit where you cannot change or drain oil, but yet water can get in there. Customer service was no help at all. So I am stuck with a power washer that works with water, that got water in the oil, in a sealed unit, that is not working and I have no idea how it got there or if I decide to ever buy a Ryobi again how to avoid it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Short Life It was easy to assemble and I was very pleased with how well it worked - then it quit. After about 15 minutes of continuous use the motor tripped the inline breaker on the power cord. Despite repeated attempts to reset the in line (built in) breaker over a couple of hours it would not reset. House GFI plug fine and other electrical items worked fine when plugged into the same outlet.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from easy to operate and well made i bought my Ryobi pressure washer because I read all the reviews which were all 5+. Im a 60+ yr old widow. Im disabled and cant use my dominate arm for any length of time without my constant pain increasing. . I ALWAYS look for products that will help me and not increase my pain. The Ryobi pressure washer was easy to run with great instructions. Light weight yet very sturdy and works well for around my home. My patio had a oil mess about 7' x 5' from my grandsons doing and it cleaned it all off except a slight area which may come off with soap. But It worked excellant even without soap. If little old me can do it so can anyone. I recommend this product for all jobs around the home. And Excellant price!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good around the house washer. I have had this since last summer and used it about 6 times. It has met all me expectations. Don't let the use of an electric powered motor be a reason to buy a gas powered unit. The only reason to get a gas powered model is the lack of electric power at your point of use. The only thing I would change would be the hose reel. It looks cool all spooled up on the cart, but the hose has quite a memory. I put my hose on a wall hanger in bigger (3foot) loops and it is much easier to work with.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Solid choice Had it for 2 months and used primarily for washing cars. It has just the right amount of power for a foam cannon but not so much that you risk blowing your paint off. It's really a perfect medium power, and I find that I use less water using the foam cannon/pressure washer versus a traditional hose. It's also useful household chores. You would want gas power if you were painting houses or outdoor cleaning professionally, but this thing is really great for weekend projects. The hose reel is very poorly designed, which is why i dock it a star to 4/5. Highly recommended.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Perfect for my Chores I did a bunch if research on electric power washers before purchasing. I was really concerned with power and getting something that would last. Ryobi came up tops and with the 3 year warranty, I was willing to give it a try. I was not dissapointed at all! Plenty of power to wash the truck, lawn furniture, outdoor toys, the porch, etc. Well constructed and sturdy. Very happy with my purchase. I know what I'm getting my brother for his birthday

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great size pressure washer for your typical DIYer I have owned this pressure washer for a little over a month now and have been very pleased with it. It has been able to tackle all the jobs I put it through, which included sidewalks, siding, cars, boats and decks. I would have given this pressure washer 5 stars if they would have redesigned the reel portion for the hose and the soap container attachment points, but zip ties took care of that. I prefer the hose to be free of kinks and coils, but if I reel it up that is exactly what it does. Its not a huge issue but if you can look past that it is a great for the money.
