  • Perfect way to fill that space! These look great. Did you sand the paint to get that distressed look?

  • Beautiful! The color scheme you have here would work with just about any environment. The design is really elegant. Did you follow a set of plans or did you create your own?

    • Ryobi, this was a thought out plan by myself. Kept it simple and looking to improve on the design for a tutorial.

  • Awesome work! We would love to see the tutorial when you get it ready!

  • I love this. I am currently saving up for my Miter saw for some outdoor projects I have planned for our new home we bought last summer. Would love to see a tutorial as well.

  • These turned out beautifully, and so cool that they can be reconfigured to suit whatever need your friend has! Awesome concept (and a really fun color choice!)

  • Beautiful work. Tell me didn't router that out the Marine emblem by hand. That looks amazing. Even with CNC help I would be very proud of this project. Oorah! I'm not a Marine just have a couple friends who are.

    • Thank you very much and the stars and the eagle anchor globe are all engraved by hand
By kyledvictor, on August 19, 2016

  • By hand that is amazing detail! Congrats.

  • That engraving work really is beautiful! The finish choices you made look really nice too. Is that a dark stain, or is it painted?
By RYOBI Nation, on August 20, 2016
    • Thank you. All the black is burnt with the white slightly burnt to give it a vintage look with two coats of polyurethane

  • Awesome technique. It really looks great. Thanks for sharing this!

  • Excellent work! This looks like a good compromise to fencing the entire yard, and that was good thinking about keeping it moveable. That will be quiet a convenience if you ever have to transport it somewhere because you won't have to break apart the cement. Great work!

  • Thank you very much, much appreciated!
