Work Station

  • March 2, 2016

I wanted to build a station that allowed me to hold several of the tools that I use the most when building Furniture without running back and forth. I saw the entries from the Ana White and Shanty 2 Chic and liked them both so I put together a version that wood hold my drills, nailers, pocket hole system, vac, and peg board. I also wanted it to have power for charging batteries and such so I connected a power source that would allow me lots of room to plug into the wall but still have space. I love the mobility and accessibility of all the tools I use the most. It even inspired my neighbor to do the same thing for his projects that he works on.

  • I really like this. A combination of several good designs. How is the Vac system working for you? I am getting ready to create a vac system for my table but trying to decide the best way, does this let you attach adapters for different sized hoses?

  • I love having this small vac on the table. My shop vac does allow attachment so that you can change the size. Would love a full vac system for the whole shop but I need something not permanent and flexible. Thank you
