My den had a cold breeze even though we replaced the windows so I made storm panels for all 6 windows. I cut panels to fit and glued storm window edging. For oversized windows, I superglued two panels together, using plastic wrap to strengthen bond. I cut a round hole at the upper edge to put the window blind wand through.
