Wedding Pedestals

My son is having an outdoor wedding and asked if I could make pedestals for floral arrangements.

A concern I had in sizing these was if they wanted to vary the height after they were built, or perhaps shorten one of them so their height is staggered. I attached the bottom base with screws and will throw my One+ circular saw in the car just in case I need to modify the height of these before the wedding.

  • I would love to have these beauties. Yes, they make great pedestals for an outdoor wedding or place near the altar in church. I also could see them as legs for a desk or table. The possibilities are endless.

    • Thanks. They were real easy to make, the only issue I had was that my son, and future daughter in law, live out of town so I wasn't able to get their input before final assembly. I figure I can always shorten them if needed.

  • Beautiful work! The Groom-To-Be will love these. Your stain looks great- very rich.
