WAINSCOTING WALLS AND FLOORING FOR WELLNESS SPA

After spending over 100K with general contractor on finishing the fitness space for our 5500sqf studio, my business partner and I decided to do the wellness side ourselves over the course of 30 days. Wellness space was a former law office and empty for over 10 years. We took some of the walls down, ripped out old wallpaper, replaced molded drywall, used oil based primer to clean it up and installed new floating flooring with wainscoting walls. Needless to say Home Depot knows us by first name now. Overall very budget friendly and totally overhauled the look of an old damp office into a beautiful serene spa. Total budget under $3000.
