Novice to woodworking and with a borrowed miter saw and drill, some 2x4's, 2x6's, MDF, pocket holes and a lot of trial and error I completed my first ever project. It was a lot of fun to do although it did take me a few days to actually complete it. I foolishly thought I could just easily cut and drill even tho' I had never done these things before. So I started and quickly found that I had to make some practice cuts or practice pocket holes, etc. to get the hang of things. Well it is finished and it gave me such satisfaction. I am hooked. This is definitely not my last project.
