This fence is great if you have a small budget but really want a picket fence. I created approx. 85' of fence for less than $100. I got some of it on sale otherwise it'd be approx $115. For the pickets I used lathe and sorted though the bundles when I got home and discarded for firewood anything with a spilt or a large knot. The rails are 1x4's and the legs are 1x4's attached to metal U shaped green fence posts. These are the posts they use for chicken wire or erosion control and are very affordable at $1.35 each. Send me a message if you have any questions, I'd be happy to help.

  • Jeff, I would like to learn more about how you made this fence. I am in need of an inexpensive fence solution. Can you tell me more? email: justin.bamberg@gmail.com
