Trim & Molding Work

I'm replacing all the door trim, window trim and base boards in our house. Almost finished with the basement area (little more trim then touch up paint). Then...the upstairs! I've been using my Ryobi 18V Speed Saw Rotary Cutter, Brad Nailer (LOVE THIS ONE!), Drill and my life changing 10" Sliding Compound Miter Saw connected to a Miter Saw Quick Stand (MORE THAN LOVE THIS ONE AS IT ACTUALLY MAKING MY CUTS AND CONNECTIONS LOOK LIKE I KNOW WHAT I'M DOING!!!). I fell like this should be an easy job, but for me it's a bit more...almost "intermediate"?
