Used brushless impact driver to drive 3 - 8" screws to fasten two 48" long, 6" x 6" pressure treated timbers together.
I purchased the tool and impact rated bits for the project. It worked amazingly well, drove all 3 screws completely into the two timbers making an 11" deep step. I then used the impact driver to fasten a piece of 4" x 4" pressure treated post to the rear of the step as a transition to the brick walkway.
