I am 22 years old, and still live with my parents. I had about an 8'x8' area in my garage that I was able to use to my needs. I built a work bench to accommodate all of my tools, and still left enough room to get some work done.
Complete with satellite radio, stereo, cable television, internet, compressed air, and Ryobi colored paint!
