The storage shed

We had an 18'x8' outside space under the back deck, which wasn't very useful because it was always damp and wet. When it rained on the upper deck, it poured through that floor all over the lower space. So we decided to make better use of that space by enclosing it and making it water proof. We removed the outside deck railing and used 3/4 plywood for the wall enclosure. We constructed a 44" door for easy access. We used 12' plastic corrugate to solve our roof leak problem. We placed decorative subfloor over the damp deck flooring after sealing that floor and the walls with the tar filter paper to prevent moisture from the outside. We vinyl sided the project to match the house. We are now able to storage many essential items, tools and household miscellaneous, without fear of water damage or exposure.
