This was a series of small woodworking projects that accompanied a custom written story for a young boy in the 1st grade. He and his sister are off spring of a couple that is now divorced, and the story was intended to help the boy cope with things in his own life. It was written in the stylings of C.S. Lewis, the legends of King Aurther, and even made reference to the more recent "Harry Potter" series of books (publisher permission was obtained). The main character of the story reflected the boy, however ever other character reflected a person that exists within the boy's real/actual life. The toys were made to help add a bit of realism to the tale, and each had its own backstory to help with the mystic of the overall endeavor.
