The Apnea Nightstand

Before I got out of the military I was diagnosed with sleep apnea, yay me after sucking rubber for 15 years (gas mask) I get to suck rubber for the rest of my life (apnea machine). It isn't too bad I actually feel more rested to do these projects, with that being said my wife hated seeing my apnea machine sitting there on the nightstand with the hose and mask haphazardly draped around it. So she sold the nightstand and we designed one for me and my apnea machine. It is a very simple design focusing on enough room for the machine to breath while making it easy to stow away. We used yellow pine and an ebony stain with a wax finish.

  • That's a very effective design! Even without the machine, it could be useful for hidden storage. Thank you for sharing, and thank you very much for your service!
