Small craft room needs lots of storage space

My Husband has always been annoying about his DeWalt and Milwakee tools. I have always loved Ryobi and had the corded tools. When I went to Hime Depot and saw the new, cordless One+ tools, I fell in love. Hubby is a NYC Local 40 Ironworker who fell 13' in 2008. We fell into a financial rut and made many sacrifices because we have 3 kids. At every garage sale and every tool "of mine" that I sold, I would put $ away. My Mom (even though I'm 38) has always given me a little birthday cash. I put it away and very very slowly started buying MY tools. Drill/Driver, 18ga. Brad Nailer, 15ga. Air strike, Jigsaw, Orbital Sander, Circular Saw and I stopped at the 7 1/4" Miter. My 1st mission, for me, was my craft room. I did the best I could without the reciprical saw, caulk gun and impact drill (one day hopefully). I transformed the messy storage room and made it my haven. With all we had been through and 2 deaths in the family, my getaway was this room and the Ryobi tools I was able to purchase with my own money helped me get it done. Pallet wall, pegboard, built in shelves into the 2x4's, L desk, putting up new shelves and custom shelf on wheels for scrapbook papers. I am proud and am happy with MY tools. As happy as can be. Thank you Ryobi and thanks for your time.

  • Great use of space! Lots of room for all your crafts and supplies. That pallet wall is so fun!

    • Thank you so much for noticing my lack of color...lol. I just wish I had the tools, time and $ to do all that I want. Oh well, it is what it is. Doesn't help that Hubbs is laid off right in time for the Holidays...:(
