Rustic Coffee Table

We got sick of bending over eating our meals at our old coffee table. Our old one was donated after our apartment fire. I kept saying I was going to make a new one, but couldn't find a design I really wanted to commit to. I referenced the Addicated2DIY entry way storage because I liked the simplicity of the design and the storage factor. I used Shanty2Chic techniques on giving it that "Rustic" feel with the briar smoke and sanding. My design differed a bit from the actual design for a few reasons and honestly I forgot to incorporate the legs into my math for the height, so I needed to make a few adjustments to have it be just right for us. The lift top is great! highly recommend it to others.
I wish I had a picture while I was building it. I had all the Ryobi tools out in a row--I don't have that Shanty wall, yet at least--and was so thankful for them all. I just started my collection 3 years ago, and haven't once had an issue with any of them!!
