Rough Cut Wooden Table

  • December 6, 2016

We were asked to approach a new table to make it unique and heavy. We did just that. We contracted a local lumber mill to mill our boards and to approach the build as if we were building for a store output with little to no gaps in the top, and no gaps in the base we created something amazing, using only Ryobi tools.

  • Nice work. What wood did you use?

    • The top and most of the base we actually a local pine that was salvaged from some of the forest fires we have had. Although pine is not the hardest wood for a top, the fire dried it out to make it and okay source.

  • This looks fantastic! Very solid, heavy-duty, and stylish!
