Repairing a Pool Deck

Replacing certain sections of the deck should be fairly easy. Without proper maintenance on the deck itself it was actually in fairly bad shape to stand on for anyone. Except for small animals that are light enough that would be have any problems. Take a look at the video where I explain some details in regards to doing what I did with this project.

  • I think the most challenging part of rebuilding the back part of the bench was to lay out what we had of the decomposed length of stock that was rotten. By measuring the other one to make the decomposed one look the same in length, and with the proper angles to cut as well in order to complete it as it was once before when it looked band new. It is always interesting to learn and to push your knowledge to some extent and being able to overcome those challenges.
