Rental House facelift

My rental house that we purchased 2 years ago had a black lava rock front facade that looked really terrible let alone if you brushed across the rock it would take your skin off. We knew that at some point in time we would have to replace it with something different but really didn't want to do it our self because I am a electrician by trade not a mason. We went through the process of getting 3 or 4 bids from contractors to replace the front with something else other than what was there and of course they all seemed way to pricey for our budget. So my wife did some research on the web and found a stone called clip it stone, it sounded pretty easy to install and after watching the DIY videos of how to do it I pulled the trigger and bought the stone. we figured we would need around 180 square ft of rock, some 3/4 plywood and the tools to do the job. Well I'm a big RYOBI one plus fan, I have about 15 different one plus tools, my wife calls me (ryobi mo) my last name is MORRIS and my friends call me MO for short. So the only one plus tool I was missing for this job was the one plus grinder cut off tool. Which I quickly went and bought the day we started the face lift in May and finished just last week. Using all my one plus tools did the job for me, I had a battery always on the charger and one in all my tools, from the grinder to the chop saw, drill, blower, impact drills, roobi laser level, and all my other ryobi tools. Oh and my Ryobi stereo was great to have on the job site so we wouldn't be without our country music to listen to,and the bluetooth is great with my Iphone, Please don't change what your doing just come out with more great products. Thanks, RYOBI YOUR THE BEST!!!
