Reclaimed work bench

We got an old work bench that had water damage on the top and bottom. The top was particle board which was coming apart and the bottom part made it to large and was water damaged so we removed the bottom. We replaced the top with a piece of plywood and diamond plate which I turned so the smooth part was the work area and the diamond part was a back splash. We then removed the drawers and doors and striped to the wood and then painted then put back on. And of course we had to paint it the best color to match all my tools! The size is 10' x 2' and 24 " tall. This is a great workbench that cost us next to nothing to rebuild.

  • Wow, that's a lot of storage, organization and workspace. The upcycle looks great - we really dig that color! Nice work!
