This weekend my dad and I were building rabbit shelves for all the rabbits we have. The first two where pretty much just tweaked. We had taken the bottom and built it to have a tilt. So the droppings would role off into the the 'ditch' we have in the barn. The Main photo shows a 'single' unit. The first half was done, we just took some of it apart so we could tilt the bottom. We used the Ryobi Drill and reciprocating saw to cut the nails hold the boards in place then screw them into there new position. The other half was a add on and had to be done by scratch. Same with the third. I had to cut the ply wood with the hand saw then screw them onto the base (done with Ryobi drill and Tool Shop Nailer). Then using all three tools I had to cut in a slot for the plywood to go around some 2X4's. The plastic was stapled onto the plywood. Then the final step was putting the cattle panel on top for the cages to sit on. All of this was done with the last one as well. We cut some boards with the WEN miter and others with the Hand saw. I also want to say that Ryobi does a great job! everything was done using only 4-5 compact batteries!
