We took a full sheet of 3/4" plywood and created quilting frames. These bases measures at 15" and they are 3' tall. We cut the blanks on the table saw and then used stop blocks on the talbe saw fence to cut most of the way through for the slots and profiling, then we finished the cuts off with a jigsaw/ band saw. These turned out GREAT and have zero wobble/ play when assembled. To finish off we used a 1/4" round over bit with the palm router. This really gave them a finshed look and feel. All in all not bad for 2 hours of work, they are better quality and cheaper than any store bought ones!
