  • August 16, 2016

I needed a headboard for my bed and I read a lot as well so I needed some sort of lighting to go with it. So I came up with a cheap alternative.....

  • This is so cool! What a perfect solution to integrate the lights into the headboard, and the industrial pipes are a really neat look. Great use of pallet wood, and great choice of stain too. Was the light wiring tricky to do?

  • Since i used a 2x4 frame on the back side it left plenty of room to run the wiring in the back. I used wire mounts to support them but never wired it to the wall (for portability). The wiring just goes to a wall plug with switch.

  • Awesome idea. The portability factor is a huge plus. Thanks for sharing!
