Patio Light Pole/Stand(s)

We were given these lights 2 years ago as a Christmas gift. For two years my wife continued to ask me “...when are we going to use/hang these lights?” While I waited for the stain to dry from another project I rummaged around my shop and found some extra wood my Dad has given me when he had taken apart his model train set (before he and Mom moved to FL).

As I am always looking for extra opportunities to use my Ryobi tools I decided to make these poles for the lights. These will also come in super handy for our Annual Campfire-Cookies & Cocoa Neighborhood fellowship in a few weeks.

This project was SUPER easy...just a fun way to pass the time as another project was drying.

  • That turned out great! You'll enjoy a lot of quality time under those lights - and maybe a few more project ideas. Thanks for sharing!
