I wanted to build a shed to make some room in the garage but spending a few thousand wasn't an option. So I scavenged for scrap materials and pallets, keeping an eye on craigslist. In the end I dismantled the pallets and collected discarded 2x4's and plywood. Then I made my footers from free retaining wall blocks, built walls and applied the pallet wood like siding on a house. Someone in the neighborhood was getting new windows so I scored a few old ones for free and a friend had shingles leftover from a new roof. In the end I only had to buy some fasteners and some fence pickets to make a door. A really fun project, my next one will be a lot easier with these Ryobi tools! Thanks for looking
