Outhouse Garden Shed
When my wife and I moved to Washington State years ago, she wanted a garden tool shed in the shape of an outhouse. Years later I had the thought to up size the shed concept to something more usefull then the original. I am big on building with re-claimed wood whenever I can, so starting with an old pallet for the base, I dismantled some motercycle shipping crates for the frame. I skinned the house with old fence boards and water proofed the roof with part of a lumber cover/tarp from the building yard. The "Potty seat" opens for easy storage of rolled hoses and there are hooks inside for long handled tools. The only new items used in the project were sheet rock screws and a new blade for my Ryobi circular saw. I hope this will inspire other builders to re-cycle whenever possible.
