We will construct a one-pallet battery (40 Volt) storage wall cabinet. This cabinet will help us to store and secure our Ryobi 40-Volt batteries. The students in our YouthBuild program constructed, sanded, painted, stained and assembled the wall cabinet. It is important that the youth use several power tools to make this wall cabinet because we have a need too organize and account for our batteries on a daily basis.

  • I purchased a Ryobi A99HT2 Door Hinge Installation Kit/Mortiser Template to replace my interior doors with new 6 panel doors.  The mortiser works well, but it is easy to nick the radius corner guides with the router bit and then you can't use it anymore to guide your bit.  The small plastic corner guides can easily be removed to replace them, but Ryobi doesn't seem to offer replacement guides.  Replacement corner guides should be available in a package with so that you can replace them when the inevitably happens.  As it stands, I will have to spend $25 to replace the entire mortiser.  If I have to do that I will surly not buy a Ryobi if I can't buy replacement corner guides.

Ryobi, please help me get replacement corner guides for my Ryobi A99HT2 Door Hinge Installation Kit/Mortiser Template!!!
