Monster House

We wanted to go all out with decorating this year because we were too busy to decorate last year. While I was standing with my coffee one morning looking at my house and the monster face idea appeared. The hardest part was trying to figure out how to secure the teeth and eye without going into the limestone. My kids loved helping, they painted the headstones and the coffin is built to their size, they frequently hide in there and scare me! The neighbors have been stopping to say how much they love our house. It will be hard to top this next year!

  • What a brilliant idea! Awesome creativity here. What method did you end up using to secure everything?

    • Thank you! The back of the eyeball has a box the size of the opening and from that we created a bracket out of strapping and screwed the eye and the top part of the teeth together.
