Wanted a fire pit that I felt safe using in close proximity to my home without fear of embers. I also wanted a pit that was future proofed by being provisioned to add a cooking grate for grilling as an option. To facilitate easier functionality the pit can be accessed from all four sides. It can be quickly converted to an open top grill due to its modular design.
