My grandfather in-law passed away and he was given a memorial flag for his service to this country. I saw it sitting on my grandmother in-laws mantle and I wanted to something special for her. The wood is mahogany, the front is glass, and the back is 1/4 in plywood.

  • I would love to make one of these. My husband and I would be proud to honor my father in laws flag displayed in our home for everyone to see.

    • It was a special build knowing how much this would mean to my grandmother in-law. I used glass which made things a little more frustrating since I kept breaking it when I was cutting it to size, I would recommend plexiglass instead.
