I fell in love with a media cabinet at the Pottery Barn, but I couldn't afford the $2000 price tag. So I decided to build it myself. Theirs was made out of pine but I made mine out of birch. It wasn't very hard to build, it just had a lot of pieces. I thought it turned out great and fits our space perfectly.

  • I made it as 3 pieces. But the whole piece measures 32 x 16 x 80. Thanks for the comments :-)

  • You thought it turned out great? What an understatement. It turned out fantastic. You did a beautiful job. I don't do any woodworking. I can envision things but somehow they just don't turn out like I imagined them.
