Master Bathroom.

  • November 30, 2013

When we purchased our home the bathroom was dated to put it mildly. Everywhere my now wife had lived had had tubs like the one that was in the bathroom at purchase. I'm renovating my whole house so this room was a must do . I wanted to give her something a bit more desirable than what she's had in the past so this is what I came up with. I chose the open effect because standard tub/shower areas are so confining with doors and such. I was going to add accent tile to the walls but when I came across these glass tiles I thought they'd make a great wall in themselves and they do as well as give the room some depth. I've had a real education with this project as I've never before placed, framed, and tiled one of these tubs. I also learned Pex and ran the waters with this likewise.
