7 acre parcel of land 3 miles from the coast of southern Maine is ware my off grid micro home I'm building.Land is located next to a vast multi use mountain biking & hiking area and to bring power to the lot would be too invasive. The road/driveway is 3/4mi & 4x4 truck is the best way for me to get thare. So the entire house is being built with cordless tools & a 2,000 watt inverter/generator! No nail guns or corded tools were used in the building of my home.Trying to be moved in be for the Maine winter sets in! solar system is on the way now as I wrap up the exterior of the home.
