Live edge tables have been a fascination of mine for years, but they were waaaaay out of my budget. Plus, with four littles running around I didn't dare bring one home... until now! This project evolved as it progressed and my arm muscles are much more defined thanks to hours of sanding. At dinner time it's hard to not eat the table instead of food because it's so deliciously pretty. I love it. Guests love it. The kids love it. And honestly, I can barely believe I built it!

This project taught me to not be afraid of the big stuff and to just dive in. Also, when you're working with Walnut it's going to look gorgeous no matter what you do!

7 feet long x 38"-42" wide x 2" thick. Stainless steel base. Best earthquake protection ever.
