My wife and I have had an empty space in our living room for some time. We bounced in between leaving it empty or buying an industrial rustic coffee table to fit our living room. Against my will, my wife decided that I would build her a table instead. We got inspiration from a number of DIY sites like Ana White and Shanty-2-chic. We borrowed ideas from a number different plans and created our own unique industrial rustic coffee table. Today my wife walked in to see the completed table and was floored by how beautiful it looked in our space. The challenge I had was trying to level the coffee table after I installed the legs. For the next project I think I will use my circular saw to create a straight edge after I join the top of my table. I think I found a new hobby.
