I wanted to build a coffee table for a wedding gift for my daugther. She likes the industrial look, so I decided to add the conduit piping for the support system of the table. The wood (2"X 2"X 42") I used was all scrap packing that I accumulated from shipping containers at work. The wood was very rough, so I ran it through a planer to smooth it up, built a frame and layed out a design, started cutting the all the pieces to fint in the angled design. I have never really worked with piping until now. It was rather challenging to laying out the pipes and assemble them together.
