My wife recently got a horse and we chose to board him at my dad's farm. He has three horses there already and had chose to convert the lower dairy barn section into horse stalls. He did not get too far aside from clearing out the cow stanchions that were on the one side. We utilized old barn hardwood for the majority of the stalls and was difficult to work with. The stalls are quite secure and work well to keep the horses out of the elements when needed. My step mother has people over often who are in the horse world and have been impressed with the setup in the barn. I am pleased with the results.
