This project was very time consuming . There were very small parts that had to be hand cut and just the right size and shape. And some of the parts were hand carved as well. There are no plans to the birdhouse besides just what I thought need I thought it needed to look like and where all the small peaces had to go. The inspiration for the birdhouse come from my southern roots. I was very surprised on how long it took to build. You think birdhouse you think a few cuts lol not in this case. And just sitting this in the yard I have had people come up and ask where I got the birdhouse and were they could get one. Building this I have learned that you have to take your time and think things through and have a plan if possible.
