Grandson's desk

My daughter had a changing table, that converts to a bureau by taking the top off, it was for my grandson "Jack". I told her that I could do something with the top, so I made a small desk that ended up fitting in his room perfectly.

This is a copy-worthy idea! There has to be a ton of parents with just these same materials and no idea what to do with them. The finish you chose gives the desk and the chair a very high-quality look. Did you do the shelf on the wall as well?

Thanks...no I didn't make the shelves, but I did try and match up the desk with them and the rest of the room...I originally was going to use old wooden baseball bats as the legs, but the bat I had turned out to be a valuable collectors item, a win win situation, lol.

Good thing you found out about their collector's status before you followed through! Baseball bat legs is a great idea though!
