Front porch deck.

We decided to tear down and build a new deck for a widow (her husband of 40 years recently died). Her deck had completely caved in and she was unable to get out of her front door. One of our biggest challenges was finding out the front porch overhang was supported by the collapsed deck. After we shored up the porch we were able to tear the old deck apart and begin the re-building. One additional set-back was discovering everything was rotten so we had to build a completely new deck. The best part of the day was seeing how many families came to help us and when Miss Sandy came out she cried for a long time. There wasn't a dry eye!
