Fish Aquarium Stand

My daughter just moved into an apartment and she needed a stand for her aquarium. She priced the stands at your local pet store only to realize that it wasn't in her budget. So she said, dad do you think you can build me something? I said let me look around to see what I can come up with. I found some scrap 2x3's, recycled some old pallets and bought hardware from Home Depot. This project turned out great and my daughter was very pleased at how it looked and the money she saved. To make a long story short. I like tinkering and building things. Pallet wood comes in handy and you usually can get them free. So please recycle and let your mind create.

  • Way to create your own solution! This turned out great. Your daughter must be really happy with this piece- even more so knowing her dad made it!
