Dream Garage & Workshop

Our Ultimate Dream Workshop always consisted of a lift to work on vehicles. To build a lift you need an engine hoist. If you buy an engine hoist you might as well get an engine stand. And so it goes.
It just so happens that our lift arrived the first week of February. We assembled the lift over the weekend. After weeks of watching vehicle lift videos on You Tube, I was behind on what Ana and Jacob White were doing on their home. I caught up with a video from Ana White and the Ryobi Nation Dream Workshop Challenge. Down the rabbit hole!
We have been in need of new tables around the miter saw. We also needed a stand for the router table that was still unassembled in the box it came in for Christmas. Because our garage is rather large we had been discussing a design for project carts.
I decided it was time to try. We built four work tables. We built a stand for the miter saw and the router table. We built two shop carts. There are two benches from Ana White’s Beginner Farm House Table and Benches that are partially assembled. The table is still in pieces.
We are also still in the process of building a movable wall between our gym space and the work shop space. The wall has peg board and white board. It is loosely based on the board from the Ryobi Blogger Build Off.
I designed the vanity, tables and carts based on Ana White’s furniture designs for Ryobi. We already built the couch and I made a coffee table to work with a piece of glass we found in the building.
Most of all, loads of Thank You’s to Ryobi and Ana White – WE LOVE OUR COUCH!!!!
